Contributes to the successful execution of integration activities across varying levels of complexity—leading low-to-moderate complexity integration teams through the full lifecycle and partnering with Integration Management Office (IMO) leadership on more complex initiatives. Through effective coordination of cross-functional teams, management of integration plans, and contributions to continuous improvement efforts, the role plays a critical part in identifying, tracking, and delivering financial and non-financial synergies that drive enterprise-wide value realization.
Major Responsibilities:

Independently leads low-to-moderate complexity integration teams through all phases of the integration lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, data accuracy, and adherence to established quality standards.

Collaborates with Integration Management Office (IMO) leadership to support the planning and execution of moderate-to-high complexity integration efforts, contributing to strategic alignment and value delivery.

Partners with enterprise leaders to support financial and non-financial value creation opportunities. Capture and maintain key performance metrics within integration software to enable comprehensive reporting and insights.

Builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the integration lifecycle. Foster effective partnerships within the IMO and across business units.

Monitors the health of integration plans, proactively identifying, navigating, and mitigating moderate-level risks, issues, and interdependencies to minimize disruption and ensure successful outcomes.

Maintains working knowledge and expertise in the use of integration lifecycle methodology including processes, tools and software, consistently applying them throughout the integration lifecycle.

Independently manages and executes assigned initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with integration objectives and timely delivery.

Contributes to departmental initiatives informed by lessons learned. Supports ongoing enhancement of integration management practices, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Education Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience Required:
-
Typically requires 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or integration management, strategy, operational or management consulting functions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Demonstrated knowledge in integration methodologies, project/program management frameworks, and analytical tools.

Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with political acumen.

High emotional intelligence with deep understanding of cultural nuances that may impact integration efforts, adept at handling sensitive situations with discretion.

Skills in prioritizing programs and initiatives based on changing needs, strategic direction, resource capacity, and risk exposure.

Demonstrates an ongoing ability to manage a high number of high priority work streams concurrently.

Track record of building trusted partnerships and fostering strategic alignment with individuals and cross-functional teams at all levels or leadership, including executive stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create impactful documentation, analysis, and presentations.
