You’ll monitor, investigate and resolve issues affecting the safety and security of data and information, provide training to business partners, and play an active role in policy and procedure development. With your expertise in compliance and legal matters, patients and hospital staff can rest easy knowing their medical records are in good hands.

Our legal team works to promote the achievement business objectives while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risks, establishing uniform standards and a consistent approach to legal issues throughout the system. You’ll ensure proper legal review and approval of transactions and other legal matters, make sure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and rules and defend the organization in legal proceedings, as well as determine appropriate access and use of outside legal counsel.

You’re at the forefront of keeping Advocate Aurora facilities safe and welcoming for patients and their families. You’ll ensure compliance with state and local regulations, while managing construction, remodeling, and interior design projects and overseeing the repair and maintenance of building systems. You’ll be empowered to utilize your skills to maintain facilities for our patients and team members. Environmental Services

As part of the Environmental Services team, you’re critical in managing and delivering a superb patient experience and keeping our spaces clean – a key factor in recovery and well-being. From the environment that’s created in patients’ rooms, to their comfort-level during their stay, your customer service skills coupled with your attention to detail contribute to our success.

Food Service and Nutrition

As a food service professional you will have the opportunity to ensure that our patients’ meals are delicious and our service to them is prompt and friendly. The brightest spot in a patient’s day is often when their food arrives. Whether in-room or in a cafeteria, your hospitality and welcoming demeanor will help to make our patients, along with their friends and family, to feel comfortable, enhancing their recovery and overall wellness.

Security

Make sure patients, staff and visitors are safe by drawing on your experience and knowledge to proactively identify and resolve any issues. Monitor security and fire systems; and, in some facilities, greet employees and guests, helping authorized personnel get where they need to go.

Transporter

As a transporter, you will provide comfort and reassurance to our patients as you safely deliver them for treatment to various departments throughout the medical center. Your attentive care, ensuring their comfort as you go, contributes greatly to a positive patient experience.
