  • Prepare questions that show your interest in our organization and the role. This is also a chance for you to make sure that the opportunity is what you are looking for. 

Resume Tips

  • Keep your resume current with relevant experience, skills, and achievements. 
  • Use bullet points to clearly outline responsibilities and accomplishments. 
  • Tailor your resume for each application to highlight skills and experiences relevant to the job. 
  • Uploading your resume during the application process in a PDF or Microsoft Word format is recommended. 
  • Uploading your resume at the time of application will allow our recruiters to review your qualifications efficiently and contact you with next steps.

NOTE: If you apply without uploading a resume, you cannot upload/add it later to that specific application.  We often see candidates unintentionally withdraw due to trying to update their resume after applying.  If you happen to experience this, please reach out to our team at: ahc-onboarding@aah.org or employment@aah.org.

  • For External Applicants: Log in to Workday Candidate Home Account to track your application status, click here.
  • For Internal Applicants: Log in to Workday to track your application status, click here.

Follow-Up

  • Applications are reviewed carefully. Even if you’re not selected for a current role, you may be considered for other opportunities. 
  • Please wait 2 weeks before inquiring about your application status. Recruiters working on high-volume positions may require additional time.

For Internal Applicants

  • Apply and manage applications by signing in through Workday with your Advocate/Aurora e-mail.

Confirm Interview Details

  • Know who you will meet and review the interview format.

Interview Tips:

  • Dress appropriately (business casual or scrubs).
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
  • If you need to cancel your interview, contact your recruiter as soon as you can.
