• Cultivate Specialty in a Clinical Area:  Focusing on a clinical specialty, such as Pediatrics, Geriatrics, or Cardiology, to become an expert in a specific area of medicine and provide focused care.
• Enhance Team Communication and Work Efficiency:  Developing strong teamwork and communication skills, and contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.

At Advocate Health Care and Aurora Health Care, we have established two tiers for Medical Assistants: Level 1 is tailored for those with less than 2 years of experience with no certification required, while Level 2 is intended for Medical Assistants with 2 or more years of experience, along with national MA certification.
