We’re Looking For:
Licensure or Certifications
- None Required.
Degrees/Experience:
- High School Graduate.
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in performing scheduling, customer service, and administrative/clerical support duties.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule: Full time 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday first shift, no weekends, no holidays
- Provide front-desk and administrative support by greeting patients, collecting payments, and handling routine inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments, meetings, and travel, while coordinating related details such as agendas, logistics, and documentation.
- Manage phone calls, including screening and triaging clinical inquiries.
- Maintain patient records, processes referrals and registrations, and collaborate with medical records for information requests.
- Generate and distribute reports, manages mail and office equipment, and supports billing, data tracking, and general office operations.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and lift frequently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to occasionally lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Must have functional speech, vision, and hearing.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Exposed to a normal office environment.
