Where You Will Work:

You will begin your role in Postpartum within Women’s Health, with future opportunities to expand your experience by picking up shifts in NICU and Labor & Delivery. This full-time position offers a base pay plus an internal float differential and is fully benefit eligible, providing both professional growth and comprehensive support within a dynamic Women’s Health environment.

We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Typically requires 1 year of experience in Women’s Health inpatient setting; prefer 2 years

What You’ll Do:

  • Float across multiple units within the same facility, gaining exposure to a variety of patient populations and expanding your clinical experience
  • Build a strong clinical foundation while demonstrating adaptability, reliability, and teamwork
  • Take advantage of flexible self-scheduling, additional float pay, minimal holiday rotation (1 summer and 1 winter), and available weekend program options
