What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
- M.A. or Doctorate (accreditation AOTA) preferred.
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of applicable state with current licensure.
- Active member of AOTA encouraged, but not required.
- CPR Certification every two years.
- Valid applicable state driver's license.
What You'll Do:

Responsible for the performance of specialized tests, such as manual muscle testing, goniometry and teaching occupational therapy procedures to the patient, family and other health personnel.

Performs both individual and comprehensive evaluations with multidisciplinary team members.

Provides written summary of diagnostic findings to be incorporated into team plan.

Provides occupational therapy treatment services including neuro-developmental and sensory motor therapy, developmental stimulation, home programming, equipment demonstration, or other treatment modality to enhance sensory motor functioning and general developmental status.

Provides documentation of goals and objectives for therapy as well as the course and progress of interventions with the patient

Participates in IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) as needed.

Participates in chart review of clinical records for quality assurance.
