Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Acute Care

Where You Will Work:

Adult Acute Care – Med Surg: IU 2nd Floor

A 61-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in the care of orthopedic and stroke patients. The unit serves a diverse population with a broad range of medical conditions and surgical needs, including post-operative recovery and acute medical management.This fast-paced environment offers a dynamic setting where nurses develop strong clinical skills while managing a variety of patient cases. It is an ideal unit for nurses who enjoy a high level of activity, adaptability, and the opportunity to care for a wide spectrum of patient populations.

 We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • At least 1 year of RN experience

What You’ll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
