This 26-month program provides an opportunity for teammates to earn an associate degree in surgical technology.
Nursing Surgical Career Paths

Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center (Milwaukee)
Calling all new grads and experienced RNs! Join our 5-month Operating Room Orientation Program starting June 15, 2026, and launch your career in perioperative nursing.
Program Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (start times may vary).
- Includes 6 weeks of immersive perioperative training: didactic and digital learning, labs, simulations, role-playing, and hands-on practice.
- Open to graduates of accredited nursing programs with a current WI RN license.
- A 30-minute on-call requirement and be flexible for full-time shifts post-orientation.
- Admission is competitive; not all applicants will be selected.
- Drug screen, physical exam, and background checks (WI and applicable out-of-state) required.
