The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program fosters a positive experience for acute care nurse residents as they transition into practice. Our program is here to help you grow professionally with guidance from supportive cohorts, training opportunities, and monthly interactive learning sessions focused on patient outcomes, leadership, and other professional roles. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

More than 1,400 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN), including Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Certified Nurse Midwives and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists are employed throughout Advocate Aurora in a variety of both inpatient and ambulatory settings.
