1st Shift, Monday – FridayRemote WorkerThis role will be responsible for:

  • Lead the the RPA team in identifying, designing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed RPA project plan, ensuring timely delivery of automation solutions.
  • Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of RPA bots to ensure they meet business requirements and operate efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA solutions, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of RPA tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all RPA initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and best practices to continually enhance the organization’s RPA capabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the status and impact of RPA initiatives to senior management.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Experience Required:

  • 5 years’ experience in RPA development and implementation or related experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of RPA tools and platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and software development lifecycle.
  • Certification in RPA technologies is a plus.

Additional Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail required.
  • Expert in programming languages such as Python, Java, PowerShell, or VBScript preferred.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office software required.
  • Expert in developing RPA solutions.
  • Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of revenue cycle systems is preferred.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements revenue cycle quality programs to achieve targets and provide measurements related to Advocate Aurora Health’s revenue cycle strategies.
  • Researches, establishes, and evaluates revenue cycle key performance indicators and provides clear guidance on core measures.
  • Provides tools and training for leaders and team members to assist in them in understanding and executing on quality expectations.
  • Engages and collaborates with key, multidisciplinary leaders and teams throughout the organization to positively impact revenue cycle quality and applications for the purpose of enhancing the organization’s financial performance and the patient experience.
  • Analyzes data and trends and makes data-driven recommendations that promote revenue cycle quality, operational efficiency, and patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Oversees the development, delivery, and maintenance of assigned revenue cycle software applications to ensure alignment with project and operational plans.
  • Serves as a liaison between revenue cycle operations, revenue cycle Health Information Technology, system users, and vendors.
  • Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.
  • Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to Aurora's business.
  • Identifies and administers certification requirements for applicable team members.

Possesses and applies knowledge of key technology solutions, business drivers, and the factors that maximize area performance Advanced knowledge of best practice revenue cycle business processes and the technologies that support them. Ability to lead a diverse group of team members, including managing through difficult situations, valuing differences, and leveraging strengths.
