Join us at one of our recruitment events geared towards registered nurses, nursing students, nursing assistants and other clinical professionals if fields like surgical services and diagnostic imaging. Whether invitation-only or an open house, in-person or virtual, you’ll participate in interviews with hiring leaders, tours (for in-person events) and potential same-day job offers! There are full and part-time roles open in nearly all units and specialties. We have positions for experienced nurses looking to develop skills in a new specialty, nursing students looking to earn and learn from some of the best RNs in the region, career nursing assistants who want to have their voice as a caregiver heard and anyone looking to grow their career at one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers.

Advocate Condell Medical Center is the largest healthcare provider and only Level I trauma center in Lake County, Illinois. A nationally recognized acute care hospital, Condell offers a full spectrum of medical services including open heart surgery, neurosurgery and oncology. Recruiters and leaders will be onsite to interview and add to our staff by extending same day offers for Registered Nurse & Nursing Assistant positions.

Home Health & Hospice

Virtual – 4th Tuesday, 5pm – 7pm & 2nd Thursday, 1 – 2 p.m.

At Advocate Aurora Health, we understand that recovering from an injury or illness, managing a chronic condition or preparing for end of life isn’t always easy and we know that patients often recover sooner or feel more comfortable in the familiar surroundings of their home and with the support of family and loved ones. Our Continuing Health team members provide compassionate medical care and services – all in the comfort, safety and convenience of the patient’s home. You’ll work as part of a larger team, but with independence to manage your own day. Supervise medications and injections, manage chronic disease, monitor vital signs, counsel on nutrition and more, in collaboration with the on-site care teams via electronic health records and other modes of communication. Registered Nurse

Nurses are the heart of our organization and involved in many levels of decision making, as leaders as well as members of our Shared Governance team. We want you to use your voice to help improve patient care, your workplace and our organization. We appreciate the attention and dedication you give to your work and do our best to help support your well-being, through dedicated efforts like employee assistance and peer support programs, along with little things like respite rooms and warm beverages to help you decompress during your shift.

Nurse Extern I and II

Gain real-world, clinical experience during your last semester of nursing school, working one 8-hour shift per week. You’ll work under the guidance of a registered nurse, learning and practicing skills from blood glucose monitoring to administering medications. After graduation, you’ll make a seamless transition to a new grad RN and enter our New Graduate Nurse Residency program.

Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Work directly with patients and their families, helping those in need under the wing of our team of registered nurses. As a nursing assistant, you’ll begin to see your career as a health care provider evolve and take shape, whether you’re a nursing student gaining real world experience, plan to grow your career while staying in the CNA role or are looking to grow into other clinical roles.

Respiratory Therapist

Advocate Aurora’s respiratory therapists are key members of the care team, responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings. You’ll administer respiratory care procedures and modalities using evidence-based practices, clinical decision making and skilled communication. Partnering with nurses, physicians and other members of the care team, you’ll work together to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
