Monday – Friday

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assesses and analyzes the reporting needs of users/requestors, generating standardized and custom reports accordingly.
  • Extracts, compiles, and analyzes data from databases or files that depicts statistics, variances, cost/benefit analyses, and compliance data, operations, and processes.
  • Presents custom reports and/or develops graphic presentations of financial or statistical data. Compiles professional reports, summaries, written communications, presentations, and spreadsheets to display data.
  • Educates users on the significance and proper interpretation of the extracted data.
  • Works with management to develop reports that will result in capturing important data, developing operational reporting tools, and monitoring department processes.
  • Assists in developing procedures that will utilize system capabilities, and makes recommendations to improve deficiencies and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Serves as internal expert on ad-hoc, standard, and special request reports.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required.

Education Required:

  • High School Graduate.

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in creating complex reports, spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and presentations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to display data based on user needs.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Expertise in preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and function independently.
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word) or similar products.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to drive to various sites.
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.
  • Occasionally lifts items weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Must have functional speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
