Remote work, Monday – Friday, full time

Major Responsibilities:

  • Translate executive vision into technical requirements and subsequent deliverables.
  • Gather functional and business requirements and rapidly translate that information into a working set of operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Collaborate with IT Executives and Finance on IT Total Cost of Ownership, financial metrics, and cost transparency initiatives.
  • Import, transform, configure, and rationalize data from systems of record such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Portfolio Management, Service Management, Centralized Application Repository, Asset Management, etc.
  • Operationalize data monthly by loading, validating, and reviewing on timely basis.
  • Experience in Technology Business Management (TBM) solution (APPTIO) design.
  • Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
  • None Required.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in information systems that include business applications analysis within a complex environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to work effectively across the organization with individual contributors to senior levels of management.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/ communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the business direction and goals and their potential implications in terms of the IT systems required to support them.
  • Attention to detail in developing the associated functional requirements, risk assessments, cost estimates and plans and tracking the delivery of approved projects.
  • Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management
  • Excellent team player with ability to mentor and train others on TBM best practices
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, while remaining current with the latest technologies and business processes.
  • Strong ability to exercise judgment and creativity in analyzing and solving unusual complex or ambiguous problems.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Position may require travel. May be exposed to road and weather hazards.

  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
