MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

​​Evaluate, plan, configure, convert, install, and maintain complex systems to support the needs of Imaging Services. Provide planning to ensure the maximization of new and existing Imaging Services processes and resolve problems.

Implement and customize SharePoint-based solutions that meet functional requirements/specifications of Imaging Services.

Provide analytical, technical proficiency and/or product knowledge. Provide analytical and technical guidance to other teammates. Share knowledge with teammates.

Monitor system effectiveness and/or performance, identifies and addresses potential problems.

Provide framework and guidance for SharePoint pages, document libraries, lists. Create and update SharePoint pages, document libraries, lists.

Review current processes and look to introduce new methods or processes.

Provide project plans, estimate schedules, and resource requirements. Provide status reports by project.

Create and maintain tip sheets for Imaging Services SharePoint privileged and non-privileged users.

Create and maintain Imagine Services SharePoint privilege groups.

Train privileged users in routine maintenance and provides training for other groups as Continually improves technical and professional skills needed.

Collaborates with the individual sites' operational leaders and department Medical Directors to develop technical assessment of job performance for employee performance appraisals, utilizing objective and measurable criteria that will result in improved quality imaging overall.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

License/Registration/Certification Required: None Required

Education Required: ​​Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience Required: Typically requires 3 years of experience in field of study

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Programming / coding experience

Proven implementation and analytical experience

Experience with SharePoint management

Proficiency with Microsoft Forms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Proficiency writing Excel macros, creates and maintains as needed

Proficiency in Power Automate, creates and maintains as needed

Proficiency in PowerApps, creates and maintains as needed

Ability to work independently

Intermediate computer skills, including but not limited to: WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint. Epic, PACS, various post-processing platforms.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

 Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, and twist throughout the workday.

Must be able to:

– lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist.

– lift up to 20 lbs. over the head.

– carry up to 40 lbs. a reasonable distance.

Must be able to:

– push/pull with 30 lbs. of force.

– perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present.

May be exposed to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and radiation hazards as well as blood and body fluids; therefore, personal protective equipment must be worn as necessary.

Must have clear speech, vision and hearing.

Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and patient service skills to work effectively with physicians and other teammates.
