Schedule Details/Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role as it requires this position to be on-site at the Oak Brook Support Center at least one day per week.

Facilitates various banking and cash management activities, including daily cash positioning, analyzing, verifying and reconciling daily cash, managing deposit activity, executing electronic funds transfers and tax payments, and providing month-end reporting. Works with internal and external stakeholders, including internal and external auditors, to provide support and resolve issues in a timely manner. Develops, implements, and documents standardized procedures and controls, including maintaining all internal control process documentation; and recommends/implements new products/technology/process improvements to improve automation and efficiency. Serves as back-up to the Cash Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for electronic fund transfers, tax payments, daily bank activity reconciliation, and month-end reporting.
  • Support all operating units/business office, and provide timely response to requests for treasury management products/services with all banking partners. Serves as the primary contact for all operating unit/business office treasury related inquiries.
  • Supports the cash forecasting process by investigating significant variances between actual and forecasted activity. Analyze bank service fees and support the negotiation of competitive rates for treasury management services.
  • Administer bank account and lockbox setup and maintenance, including authorized signatories and all other required documentation. Periodically analyze bank activity to determine/recommend bank account to be closed as appropriate.
  • Support merchant processing services and PCI-DSS compliance, including maintenance of merchant numbers, ordering/deploying equipment, providing support to HIT, researching issues, and responding to inquiries.
  • Implement standard processes for cash deposits, disbursements, and all treasury management services across the AAH system. Lead/support the implementation of new technology to increase automation and the digitizing of treasury document. Design and implement internal control processes for deposits and wire transfers.
  • Provide supporting documentation and respond to inquiries/issues as requested by internal and external auditors.
  • Liaison with banking partners and other third party service providers to facilitate all treasury management services for AAH. Serve as primary administrator on various bank portals and the treasury workstation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in Experience in treasury, finance, or accounting demonstrating proficiency with Excel/ Word, and with an emphasis on detail-oriented analysis and project management. Treasury experience and familiarity with various banking products required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Treasury workstation experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
