Major Responsibilities:

  • Manages and organizes all work across the various TA teams to ensure proper alignment of initiatives and achievement of goals.     
  • Understands various aspects of Talent Acquisition Operations, HRIS and Data & Analytics to coordinate work, measure interdependence, and success of the teams. 
  • Drives alignment between talent acquisition service teams to ensure process consistency across regions. 
  • Define and track performance metrics and indicators related to initiatives, responsible parties, milestones, goals, and success measures. 
  • Analyze data for trends or opportunities for optimization and provide actionable insights to inform Talent Acquisition strategy.  
  • Monitor operation workflows to ensure consistency and compliance with Advocate Health policies. 
  • Coordinates meetings, deadlines and deliverables and provides regular updates to senior leadership team. 
  • Establish standards, documentation and quality controls for talent acquisition projects. 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None required 

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in human resources.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice, methods, research and strategies applied in large organizations. 
  • Effective group facilitation and internal consulting skills. 
  • Skills in project management, tracking, and coordination. 
  • Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports in order to move toward common goals and outcomes. 
  • High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions. 
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement standards and quality improvement principles. 
  • Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often, ambiguous environment. 
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment. 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.  
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.  
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.
