Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Fully Remote Position, M-F, 8-5pmThis is a remote role with the ability to attend in-person meetings if needed. Advocate may approve remote workers who reside in the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY.

Major Responsibilities:

Lead the internal executive recruitment function, managing searches for VP-level and above roles across the organization. 

Design, develop, and lead SVP and EC leaders, business unit leaders, and executive teams to define leadership needs and succession planning strategies. 

Develop and execute a proactive executive sourcing strategy aligned with organizational goals. 

Own and lead full-cycle executive level search for senior leadership roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. 

Ensure confidentiality and discretion throughout the search process. 

Leverage executive networks, market intelligence, and internal talent data to identify top candidates. 

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on hiring decisions, talent market trends, and candidate evaluation. 

Facilitate alignment between hiring leaders and HR partners to ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring experience. 

Lead a team of executive program managers, researchers, providing coaching. 

Manage relationships with retained search firms and external partners when needed. 

Promote the organization’s leadership brand and value proposition to executive candidates. 

Ensure a high-touch, personalized candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None Required.

 

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree.

 

Experience Required:

Typically requires 10 years of experience in executive recruitment, talent acquisition, or leadership hiring, with a SHREK organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Proven success in sourcing and placing senior leaders across diverse functions. 

Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership competencies, and succession planning. 

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. 

Experience managing confidential searches and working with C-suite stakeholders.
