Learn more about the roles

Medical Assistants & Licensed Practical Nurse

Help patients feel at ease and play a crucial role by communicating information and providing the services and assistance they require. Have a meaningful impact on patient care in a variety of specialty areas. You’ll feel in-control and empowered, using your skills to provide the very best care. We count on your expertise in caring for patients and their families – and in return, we’ll ensure that you can count on us. We’re here to guide you to long-term success. Because you’re essential to them, and to us.

Registered Nurse

Nurses are the heart of our organization and involved in many levels of decision making, as leaders as well as members of our Shared Governance team. We want you to use your voice to help improve patient care, your workplace and our organization. We appreciate the attention and dedication you give to your work and do our best to help support your well-being, through dedicated efforts like employee assistance and peer support programs, along with little things like respite rooms and warm beverages to help you decompress during your shift.

Patient Service Representative

You’re often the first person a patient interacts with in the clinic, so you’re setting the tone for their visit. A friendly smile (even with a mask on!) and a pleasant greeting can go a long way to easing fears, reducing anxiety and bringing comfort. You’re also an integral member of the team, ensuring forms and paperwork, insurance, co-pay and follow up appointments are set up and accurate so the patient care team can focus on the patient.
