Standard Business hours between 7am-5pm CT, possible off hours to support Partnership for go-lives

Major Responsibilities:

  • Establishes a relationship with the APP practices to ensure the full potential and benefits of the Epic Partnership offerings.
  • Evaluates practice readiness and familiarizes providers with the Epic Partnership offerings implementation plan.
  • Provides high level Epic demos as needed to familiarize practices with the functionality.
  • Manages the Epic Partnership offerings agreement through execution. Evaluates practice needs and workflows to recommend best time and sequence of implementation.
  • After agreement execution, works with practice and APP resources to ensure a smooth transition
  • Support Provisioning, onboarding and off boarding users.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Education Required: Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or Associate's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field. Experience Required: Typically requires 4-5 years of experience in Business Sales in Health Care required. Must have EHR workflow analysis experience and Health Care account management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Must have strong knowledge and competency in Electronic Health records, Epic preferred. Must have previous experience in establishing relationships with clients and maintaining those relationships for an extended period of time. Serve as the initial point of contact during the pre-implementation cycle for all contract inquiries. Demonstrated knowledge of how EHR workflows are impactful when implementing in a healthcare setting. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Strong attention to detail with advanced knowledge of clinic processes and workflows. Ability to be flexible with multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to establish good working relationships with physicians and practice staff.
