Schedule Details/Additional Information:
M-F day shift with occasional nights and weekends during implementation waves. Local travel to physician offices will be required.

Purpose:

The Implementation Advisor Jr is directly involved in the support of the Epic Connect Program guiding the practices through all phases of the Implementation Program for assigned providers and practices.

Responsible for management and quality of the ECC implementation program leveraging the standard project planning methodology customer satisfaction and serves as a communication liaison for assigned practices.

Accountabilities:

Establishes a relationship with the assigned practices to ensure the full potential and benefits of the EC Community Connect Program. Documents milestone completion for readiness workflow analysis testing training go-live and transition to post-live support. Ensures that all risks/issues are identified and resolved or escalated per service level requirements for each practice site assigned. Serves as a liaison between practice and HIT Epic build team. Conducts needs assessment and gap analysis of current and future state workflows. Collaborates with training team regarding training scheduling completion of training curriculum and need for remedial training or increased support needs. Provides a weekly summary status report to Manager EC Program and practice champions.

Position Requirements: Education Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent knowledge) in Health Care Administration or related field.

Experience Required: Typically requires 2+ years of experience in EHR implementation support.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

Broad knowledge and competency in Electronic Health Records Epic preferred. Workflow knowledge in ambulatory care / provider practice settings. Demonstrated project management experience and systems implementation in healthcare setting ambulatory care preferred. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to be flexible with multiple tasks .Establishes good working relationships with physicians and practice staff.24×7 on-call support rotation. Ability to be flexible with multiple tasks. Proficient is MS Office suite
