3rd shift ER PSR, 52.5 hours per pay period. Includes weekends and holidays. Manages front desk responsibilities, including greet, check-in, register walk-in patients, answer phones, collect patient responsibility and schedule follow-up patient appointments during the visit closure process. Reviews and/or obtains demographic and insurance information and collects patient responsibility. Informs the patient of the organization expectation of payment at time of service.
