Schedule Details/Additional Information:
- 12 hour shifts.
- 6p-6a, block schedule.- 4 week rotating- current schedule tues, wed, thurs
- Current Schedule does not include a weekend rotation however does not mean that weekends would not be required in the future.
- Holiday rotation that includes 2-3 holidays per year
- 24 hour department.
- Certifications required- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- CEN and BSN preferred
- Responsible for coordination of patient care activities, workflow and scheduling.
- Acts as a clinical and administrative resource to staff and provides work direction.
- Performs charge nurse responsibilities and assumes responsibility for the nursing unit as directed by the supervisor.
