Position Requirements:Education Required:High School Graduate.Experience Required:Typically requires 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Billing Operations or health care setting with experience in a lead or senior level roleKnowledge Skills and Abilities Required:PC skills in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and TeamsPrevious experience leading a patient accounting teamStrong oral and written communication skills to train and supervise staff and to communicate effectively and collaboratively with other department supervisors external organizations and top management.Ability to effectively address difficult and controversial issuesExcellent organizational analytical and problem~solving skillsDemonstrated proficiency knowledge and regulations of revenue cycle processes and health care patient accounting practices and proceduresDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and supervise patient accounting functionsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement procedural and quality improvements within patient accounting environmentsGeneral knowledge of business finance human management and operationsPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:Operates all equipment necessary to perform the jobExposed to normal office environmentExposed to road weather and normal travel hazardsThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
