Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Hybrid position with work from home optionMonday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM; Occasional evening availability

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assessments, referrals and services of families eligible for the Healthy Families home visiting program. 
  • Monitor treatment plans and services to ensure compliance with program goals for client participation and behavioral outcomes. 
  • Provide weekly, ongoing clinical supervision to Family Support Workers, in accordance with Healthy Families America (HFA) requirements. It is estimated each direct service staff member requires approximately 8 hours per week of clinical supervision time, including the actual supervision session as well as the clinical supervision activities outside of the session including internal quality management activities, administrative work, arranging training, and staff meetings. 
  • Supervise staff development by helping them evaluate their performance, enhance professional growth, and learn strategies for working effectively with families. 
  • Coordinate the program’s trauma-informed approach and ensure that staff maintain expertise in screening and assessment processes used by the program. 
  • Provide psychosocial services, including individual home visit services, crisis intervention, service coordination, and resource referral in both clinic and home settings. 
  • Conduct group developmental workshops with parents during clinical sessions. 
  • Along with Healthy Families Supervisor, coordinate recruitment and selection of staff, as well as conduct Family Support Worker onboarding and training. 
  • Manage and maintain data collection system and ensure that quality assurance processes are in place. 
  • Liaison with other agencies and monitor contracts, contributing to ongoing program development. 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), OR 
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), OR 
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW), OR  
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Education Required:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related human services field. 

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in home visiting and early childhood prevention services, with a focus on culturally diverse communities. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Appropriate clinical skills.  
  • Good communication, organizational and case management skills.  
  • Administration and program development skills.  
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • May be exposed to adverse, hazardous or unpleasant conditions.  
  • Home visiting required. Must have a valid driver's license.
