Major Responsibilities  

 

Leads the design and enterprise implementation of scalable, integrated strategies to build direct pipelines of early career and non-traditional talent for critical roles.  

Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with higher education institutions to align academic-to-career pathways with workforce needs across clinical and non-clinical domains. 

Champions Advocate Health’s brand presence and visibility at priority academic institutions in collaboration with Workforce Development and Recruitment Marketing. 

Aligns early career program design and execution with long-term career pathway models to ensure talent retention and internal mobility. 

Oversees the measurement and evaluation of pipeline program outcomes, driving continuous improvement based on conversion rates, quality of hire, and business impact. 

Leads the creation of innovative, community-based hiring programs that source ready-now talent from non-traditional and underrepresented populations. 

Forges strong partnerships with workforce development organizations, community colleges, and advocacy groups to expand equitable access to career opportunities. 

Partners with marketing and communications to strengthen recruitment marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and attract high-potential early career talent. 

Builds and develops a high-performance team, ensuring capability in technology adoption, regulatory compliance, and delivery of best-in-class candidate experiences. 

Identifies and implements innovative sourcing and candidate engagement solutions to drive efficiency, improve experience, and enhance talent outcomes across the enterprise. 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Job Requirements 

Education 

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field  

Certification / License 

None required 

Work Experience 

Typically requires 7 years of experience in human resources or early careers.  Includes 3 year of management experience in human resources. 

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities 

  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources, as well as related implications. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment. 

  • Excellent listening and consulting skills. Ability to develop operational partnerships, assess complex hiring issues and needs, and deliver appropriate recruiting solutions across a multiple client portfolio.  

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, training, and holding others accountable.  

  • Expertise in leading projects which include planning the life cycle of the project and identifying key project activities. Proven ability to develop sound proposals and successfully implement programs.  

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, and identify/solve problems creatively.  

  • Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a variety of candidates and leadership.  

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions 

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.  

 

Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
