Major Responsibilities:

  • Determine strategy to optimize and drive a best-in-class candidate experience for all current and future pipeline needs.   
  • Effectively sets the tone for the division and builds strategies to achieve operational outcomes. 
  • Optimizes the sourcing strategy to meet current talent needs and future business growth.  
  • Enhances brand awareness through local and regional recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
  • Leads and inspires team through implementation of innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience, increased pipelines, tech-enabled solutions while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Works closely with Operational Leaders and senior HR partners throughout the system to support retention, growth, mergers & acquisitions, and financial efficiency.
  • Partners with Workforce Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR to enhance, align and integrate teammate experiences.  
  • Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience Required:

  • Requires 10 years of experience in human resources, including 5 years of management experience in recruitment or human resources.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Excellent listening and consulting skills. Ability to develop operational partnerships, assess complex hiring issues and needs, and deliver appropriate recruiting solutions across a multiple client portfolio. 
  • Expertise in competitor intelligence and talent insights with a proven ability to develop sound proposals and successfully implement programs. 
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources, as well as related implications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment.          
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites or similar products as well as applicable human capital management/applicant tracking software.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, training, and holding others accountable. 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. 
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. 
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.
