Major Responsibilities:

Oversees the creation and execution of strategies to build strong talent pipelines for positions across various job families, including staff, executive, clinician, and faculty roles. 

Guides enterprise talent acquisition programs, such as university and early career recruitment initiatives. 

Leads recruitment marketing efforts to promote Advocate Health careers and attract potential candidates, both internal and external. 

Ensures strategic sourcing efforts are developed to identify and attract internal and external talent. 

Leverages technology and tools to streamline processes and improve candidate experience. 

Leads the development of innovative programs to recruit talent from non-traditional sources. 

Tracks and analyzes the effectiveness of strategies and make continuous improvements. 

Leads the development of innovative programs to recruit talent from non-traditional sources. 

Inspires and leads the team, developing competencies around technology, compliance with state and other regulations, and exceptional candidate experience. 

Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to enhance candidate experience and streamline job promotion and sourcing processes.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None Required.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. 

Experience Required:

10+ years of human resources experience, including 5 years in management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Extensive expertise in talent acquisition, including a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline development. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.  

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.  

Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources, as well as related implications.  

Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment.  

Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, training, and holding others accountable.   

Expertise in leading projects which include planning the life cycle of the project and identifying key project activities.   

Proven ability to develop sound proposals and successfully implement programs.   

Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.   

Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, and identify/solve problems creatively.   

Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites or similar products as well as applicable human capital management/applicant tracking software.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.  

Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.  

Exposed to a normal office environment.
