Major Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements and continuously evolves an enterprise-wide leadership development strategy aligned with organizational and talent goals.   
  • Develops innovative, accessible, and technology-enhanced leadership learning programs that prepare emerging and current leaders (from frontline to the C-Suite) to succeed in dynamic, digital-first environments. 
  • Leads the creation and ongoing management of a Leadership Institute to serve as a hub for cultivating leaders with cross-industry capabilities and systems-thinking approaches. 
  • Benchmarks internal and external leadership development trends, including advancements in AI, digital tools, and adult learning methodologies, to continually elevate programming. 
  • Collaborates with talent and performance teams to align leadership development efforts with leadership competency models, performance systems, and succession planning. 
  • Works closely with the key stakeholders within People and Culture, across the business, including senior leaders to ensure leadership development priorities align with enterprise strategic objectives. 
  • Designs and manages effective onboarding processes to accelerate the integration and impact of new leaders. 
  • Embeds Access and Opportunity principles in all leadership programs and facilitates learning experiences that enhance cultural competence and inclusive leadership skills. 
  • Partners with People and Culture business partners and COEs, business leaders, and functional teams to assess needs, deliver targeted leadership solutions, and measure impact on performance and engagement. 
  • Manages team performance and professional growth, oversees budget and resource planning, and ensures compliance with all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines. 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field required 
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Learning & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field strongly preferred 

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 10 years of progressive management experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management 
  • Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide leadership programs aligned with strategic business goals 
  • Experience implementing digital learning strategies and leveraging AI and analytics in talent development 
  • Strong knowledge of leadership competency models, performance management systems, and succession planning frameworks 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leaders and executive stakeholders 
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Ability to align leadership development efforts with organizational goals and future workforce needs 
  • Strong grasp of digital transformation trends, including AI, data analytics, and learning technology 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to Access and Opportunity in leadership development design and delivery 
  • Effective at assessing needs, solving problems, and delivering customized leadership solutions 
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation of leadership development 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels 
  • Experience leading teams and organizations through change and transformation initiatives 
  • Track record of driving measurable impact through leadership initiatives and continuous improvement 
  • Builds effective relationships across People and Culture, business units, and external partners 
  • Acts with integrity and ensures compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and codes of conduct
