Location: Greater Green Bay Area
Schedule: Part-Time (0.6 FTE) | Flexible Hours | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
💼 What You’ll Do
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and create personalized care plans
- Treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage your caseload
- Educate patients and caregivers, and plan for successful discharges
🎓 What You Bring
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
- Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology License
- BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3+ years of experience in acute hospital or home health settings
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
