Major Responsibilities  

·       Develop and execute talent attraction campaigns that elevate Advocate Health’s employer brand across assigned markets, creating localized content, graphics, and digital assets that align with the enterprise EVP and drive measurable engagement.

·       Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation in recruitment marketing, providing insights and recommendations to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.

·       Build strong partnerships across Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Communications to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all candidate touchpoints, translating enterprise messaging into authentic, localized storytelling.

·       Develop and roll out scalable toolkits, templates and resources to equip TA delivery and sourcing teams with on-brand, data-informed materials that improve consistency and efficiency across markets.

·       Collaborate with the Employer Brand Manager to plan and execute social media and teammate spotlight campaigns by developing content, tracking engagement metrics, performing social listening, and identifying trends or sentiment shifts to inform proactive adjustments.

·       Ensure a consistent, brand-aligned candidate experience by reviewing and refining job postings, landing pages, and career site content for accuracy, tone, and SEO optimization; collaborate with the Program Manager to improve digital channel performance.

·       Evaluate and optimize recruitment marketing tools, vendors, and job distribution strategies to enhance efficiency, expand reach, and improve conversion; recommend new platforms and creative approaches that deliver measurable ROI.

·       Champion hiring event promotion and community engagement initiatives by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns and partnerships that attract a diverse, inclusive, and community-connected workforce.

 

Minimum Job Requirements 

Education 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 

Certification / License 

None required 

Work Experience 

Typically requires 5 years of experience in marketing, social media advertising or other communications function, with a focus on the use of social media and branding.  

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities 

  • Experience in social media platforms, content development and trend analysis. 

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices. Ability to explain SEO/SEM strategies and tactics to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Experience with social media applications, tools and techniques. Working knowledge of search engine marketing and consumer branding, as well as experience using automated content scheduling and monitoring systems. 

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with social listening and scheduling platforms. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of employees, management, executives, and other organizations.  

  • Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and changing priorities. 

  • Ability to operate independently in a self-directed, deadline-driven, rapidly changing team environment.  

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) or similar products.

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.  

Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
