Schedule Details/Additional Information:
- .9 FTE
- Weekend Program-Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Weekend program allows requesting off one weekend per quarter. Weekend Program Premium is $11.00 per hour.
- Night Shift 1900-0700. Night Shift Premium is $5.00 per hour
- 2-3 Holidays per year.
- New Hires to Aurora Health Care eligible for a recruitment Sign On Bonus of up to $10,000 for Night shift .9 FTE.

Where You Will Work:
The Harford Emergency Department is a dynamic and welcoming space with 10 specialized ED rooms and a dedicated triage space. The ED is equipped to care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors and offers resources like Tele-Stroke and Tele-Psych services. With 24/7 physician coverage and dedicated PA support during peak hours, our department is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We offer flexible scheduling in six-week blocks, fair vacation approvals, and free parking just steps from the unit. We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) issued by the Emergency Nurses Association or within 12 months.
What You’ll Do:
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
