Schedule Details/Additional Information:
- 0.9 FTE or 0.6 FTE – Night shift – 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
- 24 hours of weekend hours over a 6 week schedule period
- 1 – 2 holidays per year
- Sign-on bonus offered: $10,000 for full-time night shift, $5,000 for part-time night shift
- Nurse Residency for RNs with less than one year of experience

Where You Will Work:
Join our growing inpatient float team at Aurora Medical Center Grafton. Being a part of the float team allows you to experience the best of every department and utilize your skills where they are needed most. This unique role offers:

Variety: Float between Grafton's med/surg units, progressive care unit, observation unit, and additional cross training opportunities to support in the emergency department and ICU.

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
-
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
