Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Full-time day shift hours from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. every Sunday – Thursday
Major Responsibilities:
- Transport and deliver all assigned items, including medical specimens and supplies, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of sensitive and hazardous materials.
- Adhere to schedules, routes, and safety protocols.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and scheduled maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and dispatch.
- Respond promptly and professionally to urgent delivery requests and phone calls.
- Document deliveries and support workflow improvements.
- Handle physical tasks (lifting to 60 lbs) and use freight equipment as needed.
- Collect payments or signatures as needed.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Valid state driver's license
Education Required:
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Strong communication, customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient related information.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
