Education Required:
Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent knowledge in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience Required:

Typically requires 2 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or related.

Broad Technology system capabilities knowledge (i.e., contact center scheduling systems, QA, etc.)

Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tasks that monitor and support progress on projects, processes, and technical systems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and projects.
- Support and run necessary reports/data, communications, stakeholders/teammates, and technology to enable OT moving toward continuous excellence, while improving the experience of our internal teams and People & Culture teams.
- Maintains and improve key performance metrics for industry standards
- Consistently able to manage time and be resilient with change.

- Could require some travel, but mostly remote
