Schedule Details/Additional Information:
M-F 8 hour day shift (72-hours per pay period, 5 days one week, and 4 days the next).Flexible start time based on procedure schedule. Earliest start 0600, latest 0730.On Call: 5-6 days of call per month: weeknight call 1600-07, weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holiday call 07-07. Rotate every 6th weekend, 2 holidays a year.Scheduled day off is based on department needs.

Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
