Schedule Details/Additional Information:
5 x 8hr shifts, PMs, safety/pt advocacy events, staffing, payroll, and other operational duties

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist patient care leadership with day to day operation to ensure high quality and cost effective patient care
  • Practices the principles of Performance Improvement in order to contribute to positive patient outcomes
  • Participates with patient care leadership to provide positive work environment for staff in terms of growth and development and job satisfaction
  • Responsible for personal/professional growth and development

   

Licensure:

  • Nurse, Registered (RN)

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing required
  • 3 years experience in specialty area

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Ability to assume charge/schedule coordinator role • Ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively with a diverse work group • Skills specific to each units specialty
  • CPR • Licensed Professional Registered Nurse
