Schedule Details/Additional Information:
5 x 8hr shifts, PMs, safety/pt advocacy events, staffing, payroll, and other operational duties
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist patient care leadership with day to day operation to ensure high quality and cost effective patient care
- Practices the principles of Performance Improvement in order to contribute to positive patient outcomes
- Participates with patient care leadership to provide positive work environment for staff in terms of growth and development and job satisfaction
- Responsible for personal/professional growth and development
Licensure:
- Nurse, Registered (RN)
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in nursing required
- 3 years experience in specialty area
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to assume charge/schedule coordinator role • Ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively with a diverse work group • Skills specific to each units specialty
- CPR • Licensed Professional Registered Nurse
