Major Responsibilities

Lead teams supporting integration, analytics, external performance, and internal alignment

Align operational excellence pillars under a shared vision and performance standard. The role requires orchestrating teams that specialize in various domains to ensure seamless integration of services, robust analytical frameworks, and consistent performance improvement. This involves setting objectives, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration among the team to achieve cohesive operational alignment.

Drive enterprise KPI strategy, reporting cadence, and data interpretation across all pillars

Ensure transparency for internal and external clients who rely on revenue cycle operations as a strategic partner. This responsibility includes developing clear communication channels, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining openness in processes.

Oversee affiliate and shadow operations with defined expectations and transition pathways. Managing affiliate and shadow operations involves establishing clear compliance and performance expectations and pathways for transitions. It requires strategic oversight to ensure these operations align with the overall organizational policies and goals, enabling efficient transitions and consistent performance standards.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
Experience: Typically requires 10 years of experience in revenue cycle operations in a large, integrated health care system. Includes five years of progressive Management experience.
Type of Experience: Business Accumen. Strategic thinking. Complex problem-solving. Interpersonal skills, oral and written.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)

Comprehensive knowledge of best revenue cycle practices with proven track record

Expert level knowledge of government and third party billing regulations and guidelines

Demonstrated analytical ability and proven presentation skills

Proven ability to influence others not directly reporting to them.

Strong negotiating skills and experience negotiating contracts.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with limited guidance or direction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees to collaborate with leadership
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
