Major Responsibilities
-
Develop and execute tactical plans for paid digital marketing campaigns focused on new patient acquisition and consumer engagement

Manage and create strategy for paid social.

Oversee all paid digital marketing activities, including paid search (SEM), display ads, paid social advertising, and video
-
Ownership of channel budgets and resource allocation
-
Measure and report paid campaign performance against key results areas (KRAs)
-
Plan, execute, and measure A/B ad experiments to optimize paid campaign conversions
-
Collaborate with digital experience and content teams to create and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns
-
Partner with agency partners as necessary to complete paid campaign tasks

Review and recommend new paid advertising technologies and platforms

Brainstorm new and creative paid digital marketing growth ideas

Contribute to the development of team members both individually and collectively and provide mentorship and guidance
Education & Experience Required
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, advertising, digital, or computer science
-
5–7 years of progressive experience in paid advertising, media planning, digital, or marketing technology
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-
Strong written and oral communication skills
-
Intermediate to advanced experience leading successful paid digital marketing campaigns (SEM, paid social, display/programmatic buying, video advertising, CRM, content marketing, UI/UX, website optimization for paid campaigns)

Advanced knowledge of paid advertising platforms and tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CMS software, Adobe tools, HTML)

Highly creative with experience in market segmentation and audience targeting for paid media

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with latest paid digital marketing trends and best practices
-
Working knowledge of major ad-serving platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Ability to review and approve creative assets for paid digital marketing and landing pages
-
Results-oriented, able to function in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a distributed team

Self-motivated, resourceful, creative mindset, and self-starter
