This position is predominantly remote.
Drives execution across high-priority integration teams. Leads teams through all phases of integration – from pre-close planning to post-merger optimization- translating enterprise objectives into actionable plans and ensuring coordinated delivery across multiple complex workstreams. Partnering closely with functional leaders and teams, supports value creation, maintains operational continuity, and fosters effective cross-functional collaboration. Partnering with leadership ensures integration readiness and team performance, advancing enterprise integration and delivering measurable outcomes.
Major Responsibilities:

Leads functional integration teams and large-scale initiatives to develop and execute comprehensive integration plans – including timelines, resource requirements, risk identification and mitigation approaches.

Provides direct leadership to complex and high-impact teams and initiatives, managing multiple high-priority workstreams to support enterprise-wide value creation, synergy realization and outcomes.

Serves as a strategic integration partner to designated executives in high-value areas, supporting alignment, planning, and delivery of complex integration efforts.

Partners with functional leaders to identify and achieve synergies and other success criteria, ensuring integration plans remain healthy and risks/issues are actively managed in collaboration with integration partners and managers.

Supports (Integration Leader) in maintaining an effective integration partnership model, providing front-end support and coordination throughout the full integration lifecycle.

Drives early-stage engagement efforts, establishing strong relationships and educating new partners during planning phases to ensure readiness and successful integration.

Collaborates closely with Integration Leadership to align integration activities with organizational priorities, ensuring readiness and coordinated execution across domains.

Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that people actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the organization’s business.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Experience Required:

Typically requires 7 years of experience in program management, integration management, strategy, operational or management consulting. At least 3 years of leadership experience managing integration or project/program delivery teams, with direct accountability for initiatives aligned to the organization’s strategic plan, vision, mission, and values.

Demonstrated expertise in integration methodologies, project/program management frameworks, and analytical tools.

Strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with political acumen.

High emotional intelligence with deep understanding of cultural nuances that may impact integration efforts, adept at handling sensitive situations with discretion.

Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with evidence of being a strong team player.

Strong analytical and strategic skills, able to break down enterprise-level objectives into clear, actionable project plans that align with integration goals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create impactful documentation, analysis, and presentations.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. Must have personal transportation to travel to various locations

Preferred Job Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred in Business, Health Administration or Finance preferred
Experience Required:

10 years of experience in program management, integration management, strategy, operational or management consulting. 5 years of management experience in integration management or project/program management, including implementing projects/programs directly connected to the organization’s strategic plan, vision, mission and values.
